Historically, the Dobra has gone through several changes, including revaluations to adjust for inflation and economic challenges. The current Dobra is often referred to as the "New Dobra," introduced in 2010, which replaced the old Dobra at a rate of 1 new Dobra for 1,000 old Dobras. The currency symbol for the Dobra is STN (for new Dobra).
