Free Online Graphing Calculator
CalcES Graphing Calculator is a free online graphing calculator made by MathDa. It runs in your browser on your phone and computer; no account or installation is needed.
Graph functions, equations and inequalities
The graphing calculator lets you compare multiple functions in different colors and graph equations in x and y. Enter a circle's equation directly, or explore ellipses, parabolas and hyperbolas. Shade the region an inequality describes and compare it with other curves.
Explore curves with sliders and calculus
The graphing calculator identifies intercepts and intersections when you tap a curve. Look for roots and turning points, including maximum and minimum points. With a mouse or pen, press and drag to trace a curve and read coordinates. A constant on its own line, such as a = 1, creates a slider; move or animate it to see how a parameter changes the graph.
Graph parametric and polar curves, using polar equations such as r = f(θ) to draw a spiral or a rose curve. Calculus tools include derivatives and antiderivatives, the nth derivative, definite integrals, sums and products; antiderivative support depends on the expression.
Plot data and share your graph
The graphing calculator turns tables of points into scatter plots and regression fits, including a line of best fit. Use computed columns to explore your data; box plots, histograms and dot plots show how values are distributed. Export a PNG image or CSV values, share a graph link, or import a saved graph to keep working.
With the online scientific calculator, use a result's Graph button to send calculator results to the graph, including tables and calculus results. A shared angle unit keeps trigonometric work consistent between the two tools.
Learn to make a table of values before sending it to the graph.
Frequently asked questions
Is the graphing calculator free without an account?
Yes. The CalcES graphing calculator is free in your browser on a phone or computer, without an account or installation.
Can I graph a circle or shade an inequality region?
Yes. The CalcES graphing calculator graphs equations in x and y, including circles and other conic sections. Inequalities in x and y appear as shaded solution regions.
How do I add a slider?
Enter a constant such as a = 1 on its own line in the CalcES graphing calculator. It becomes a slider you can move or animate to change the graph.
Can I make a scatter plot and fit a curve to data?
Yes, the graphing calculator supports tables of points, computed columns, scatter plots and regression fits. Enter your data in a table to explore the relationship between values.
How do I save or share a graph?
Export a PNG image or CSV values. The graphing calculator also lets you share a graph link or import a saved graph.
