Graphing calculator online
CalcES Graphing Calculator is a free browser tool made by MathDa for phone and computer, with no account or installation needed. Plot several functions at once, each in its own colour, to compare a line, a quadratic or a trigonometric curve.
Plot circles and shade inequalities
The graphing calculator plots implicit equations in x and y, including circles, ellipses, parabolas, hyperbolas and lines. For example, draws a circle directly. Enter an inequality to shade its solution region.
Tap a curve to see roots, axis crossings, turning points and intersections. With a mouse, press and drag along it to read coordinates, with labels that stay on screen so you can compare points.
Explore sliders, scatter plots and regression
A constant such as a = 1 on its own line creates a slider in the graph. Move or animate the slider to explore graph transformations during a lesson.
Point tables and computed columns turn data into scatter plots, with regression fits for a line of best fit or another regression type. Box plots, histograms and dot plots help you compare distributions.
Calculus, polar curves and saving your graph
The graphing calculator supports parametric curves, polar graphs, derivatives including the nth derivative, antiderivatives, definite integrals, sums and products. Compare a function with its rate of change or explore a curve beyond ordinary y = f(x) input.
The scientific calculator sends a function, table or calculus result to the graph with its Graph button. Both tools share the same angle unit. If you are building a table first, follow the table of values Guide.
Export a PNG image or CSV values, share a link, or import a saved graph to continue working or discuss a result.
Frequently asked questions
Can I shade the solution region of an inequality?
Yes. The graphing calculator draws inequalities in x and y as shaded solution regions, so you can see which points satisfy the relation.
Can I draw a circle without rearranging its equation?
Yes. The graphing calculator accepts implicit equations in x and y, including circles and other conic sections, without requiring separate functions for the upper and lower curves.
Can I change a graph with a slider?
Yes. In the graphing calculator, a constant such as a = 1 on its own line becomes a slider. Move or animate it to explore graph transformations.
Can I plot data and fit a line of best fit?
Yes. Enter points in the graphing calculator's table, show them as a scatter plot and fit a regression line to compare your data with the curve.
Can I send a calculator result to the graph and share it?
Yes. The scientific calculator's Graph button sends a function, table or calculus result to the graph. The graphing calculator exports PNG images or CSV values and shares graph links.
