FlattenAt(expr, position)

flattens out nested lists at the given position in expr.

Examples

>> FlattenAt(f(a, g(b,c), {d, e}, {f}), -2)
f(a,g(b,c),d,e,{f})

>> FlattenAt(f(a, g(b,c), {d, e}, {f}), 4)
f(a,g(b,c),{d,e},f)
